John Dubas photograph collection
The John Dubas Collection consists of 24 boxes of photographs and manuscript materials related to Baltimore photographer John Dubas, including more than 3600 photographic prints, film negatives and glass negatives taken by Dubas between 1900 and 1971, as well as correspondence, ledger books, and log books. There are also newspaper clippings.
Joseph B. Legg collection
This collection contains copies made by Joseph Baker Legg of articles from publications concerning Waverly, Fell's Point, Old Town, Highlandtown, Mount Washington, Walbrook, Hampden, and other Baltimore localities. Also included is a scrapbook of photographs, as well as a volume of poetry and essays.
Maryland Volunteers 2nd Regiment records
The Maryland Volunteers 2nd Regiment records contain materials related to Company A of the unit. Muster rolls, receipts, records of payments, certificates of discharge and hospitalization related to Lt. George W. Booth are highlights of the collection. The collection also contains documentation of the hospitalization and subsequent discharge of Sgt. William Zepp for mental illness.
McBlair papers
The McBlair Papers primarily relate to Michael McBlair (1775-1861), Baltimore merchant and customs official. Dates covered in the collection range from 1797 to 1849 with the bulk of the material falling between 1820 to 1848. Approximatly 3,000 items in seven boxes are contained in the collection.
McHenry family papers
This collection contains the correspondence of various members of the McHenry family of Baltimore, Maryland from 1774-1876.
Mueller photograph collection
This collection contains photographs made or collected by Frederick W. Mueller, including family and unidentified portraits of men, women and children. Many panoramic photographs also depict Baltimore, Maryland and the vicinity.
Naylor slide collection
This collection contains 35mm color slides that depict the changing face of Baltimore, circa 1960-1977.
Photo Baltimore ’77 photograph collection
The Photo Baltimore ’77 Collection consists of more than 16,000 black and white photographs in 11 boxes. The images consist of views of architecture, cultural events, street scenes, portraits, sporting events, religious organizations and more in Baltimore and the vicinity.
Pinkney papers
This collection is comprised of 41 items of correspondence relating to the Pinkney family of Maryland, including William Pinkney, United States Attorney General under President Madison.
Politico-Literary Club papers
This collection contains papers read before the Politico-Literary Club of Baltimore from 1900 to 1942. Topics include American industry, politics, biography,history, Maryland history, medicine and applied science, economics, religion, European and Roman history, as well as poetry and current literature. Most of the papers are typescript, while a few are in published form from various professional journals.
